About this time last year we started making a music video for the song, Back When Solvents (from our 3rd record, Get Loved). Without the resources to finish it, it was left sleeping peacefully in a time capsule on the Faker Back Lot with one ear pricked up, awaiting it’s time to take it’s own adventure. It’s awake now.

Directed on a shoestring, by the wonderfully creative (and courageous) Joel De Sá,  starring Faker and De Sá himself as the Binary man, share it with your scout group, share it with your friends.

Hello. Welcome to our new home for all things Faker. We’re planning a (literal) move in the very near future, but I can tell you a bit more on that as we roll on.

Here in our new digs, you’ll find me, Nicholas, William or Christopher, discussing any number of things for example; our new song, ‘Needed’ which you can hear when we play live tonight at Sydney’s Annandale Hotel. You can also check out our collection of music videos and hear what’s been happening musically lately on our Soundcloud player. Or even watch this video of me ‘packing down’ the giant letters that have been following us around Australia for the last few years.
